Attaching Documents from a Folder
The Document tab of the Folder allows you to attach scanned documents directly to the customer folder.
Select a document type to the left and click the New Document icon on the bottom button bar.
The Acquire screen will display, allowing you to locate the scanned document.
Select the button "Image From Scanner" to pull the document directly from the scanner or "Image From File" to select a document located in a folder.
Once selected, an image of the document will appear in the window. Click Save and Close.
The document will now be listed under the document type you indicated.
If you would like to view a document which you have attached to the folder, select the document and click the View Images button.
A screen will open displaying the document image. You can print, email, or delete the document from this screen.
Unlinking a Document from a Folder
You can unlink a linked document from both the documents tab or the document viewer screen simply by clicking the red Unlink button.
Unlinked documents will go to the Unlinked bucket in the document imaging screen for you to reattach to another file.
Deleting Documents from a Folder
Deleting a document will permanently remove it from the application. Select the red delete button on the button bar to delete the document.
