Customer Communication Opt Out

All messages sent out of Nexsyis will automatically be sent with "Reply STOP to opt out of communication by text" (A customer can also reply with , STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, or CANCEL)

 

 

Once a customer opts out, if another attempt is made to send the customer a message, it will not be delivered unless the customer decides to opt in by texting START or YES to the to opt in number.

 

This screen capture shows the message that the customer will receive when unsubscribing and then resubscribing:

 

 

When a customer opts out, Nexsyis will uncheck the "Communicate by Text" box on the Communications tab and insert a note into the Folder notes.  A note will be created in any Folder that uses that text number.

 

 

 

Attempts to text a customer at a number that has been unsubscribed will produce a warning message in the application.

 

 

 

An unsubscribe link is automatically included on E-mails. 

 

 

When the customer clicks the link, they will then be taken to a page that shows they've successfully unsubscribed.
