Overview

The Courtesy Car feature will need to be activated by Nexsyis support prior to use.

Screen Permission: "Courtesy Cars" is required to Add / Change / Delete Courtesy Cars on a Folder

A Courtesy Car is a shop-owned loaner vehicle. Record a customer is in a Courtesy Car within the Folder. Courtesy Cars are set up by location. You will only be able to select Courtesy Cars on a Folder associated with that location. If a Courtesy Car has an Out date (out of the shop), but no In date, then it cannot be selected on another Folder.

Assigning a Courtesy Car to a Folder

Open the Folder and click the tab for Courtesy Car.

Click the New button on the button bar.

Select a Courtesy Car from the list (only Courtesy Cars that are not in use will show). Select the Date Out and enter the Mileage Out and Fuel Out. Save.

Reporting

The Courtesy Cars screen will show any Courtesy Cars usage.

You can also run the report Courtesy Cars under Reports / Operations / Courtesy Cars
