Critical Purchases

The Work Order screen contains a column called "CP" (Critical Purchase).

All parts and sublet items automatically default to "Y" indicating that the purchase is critical.

Double-click on the "Y" to toggle it to an "N" to indicate that the purchase is not critical.

On the Vehicle Center screen, a column called "MCP" (Missing Critical Purchases) is available. This is a count of all critical missing parts and missing sublet items.

A system Hold flag is available called "MCP". If active, it will automatically flag a hold if there are any missing critical purchases.
