Custom Document Formatting

 

Nexsyis uses a specialized document formatting tool to create custom documents that can be printed and sent for electronic signature.

Due to the limitations of the formatting tool, Nexsyis may not be able to exactly replicate the formatting of an existing document..

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Tables and grids
• Certain colors, fonts, and images
• Specific image placement and formatting
• Certain fields that cannot be automatically pre-filled

Standard Document Header

Nexsyis documents include a standard header containing Customer, Insurance, and Vehicle Information. This header is built into the document format and cannot be modified.

Formatting Example

The example below compares a document provided by the customer (right) with the formatting that can be achieved within Nexsyis (left).
