Estimate Importing via CCC SecureShare in NexsyisNow

Users can now import estimates via BMS/SecureShare in NexsyisNow. 

To import an estimate while creating a folder, navigate to the search bar at the top of the screen. Select the search and select Create New Folder to open the New Folder drawer. At the top of the pane, you will see the button to Create Folder from Estimate.

Select the button to open the Pending Estimates panel. From this view, you can update the date range filters, filter via search, or view pending estimates by different locations. Select the checkbox next to the estimate row that you want to create a folder and select +Create Folder from Estimate to load the information to the New Folder drawer.

Once loaded, you will be able to enter any additional information that you have for the customer. You will need to select the Resource and enter any information that was missing from the estimate. Certain fields are necessary to create a folder that may not be tied to the estimate, such as Insurance and Opportunity Source. Once all the customer and vehicle information is added, select Finish to create the folder.

Upon creation, NexsyisNow will automatically direct the user to the new folder. From there, you can see the estimate uploaded and the option to +Create Work Order. 

Importing Estimates to Pre-Existing Folders

When an estimate is missing from a previously created folder, there will be a banner that displays an +Import Estimate button. Selecting this will take you to the Pending Estimates window to select from the list.

Estimate Re-imports

When an estimate has a supplement ready for reimport, there will be a banner that displays within the folder. You can select Reimport Estimate when ready to import the changes and they will load to NexsyisNow.
