Create a Google Review Template

You can now insert your google review link in Nexsyis and create an automatic text and/or email template that will be sent to customers once a car is delivered.

Open Setup > Company > Locations

Step 1: Insert Google Review Link

- Select the Location for the Link

- Go to the "Web" tab.

- Insert the link next to "Google Review Link"

NOTE: The review link will need to be setup for each location.

Step 2: Setup Customer Communication Template

Setup > Folder > Customer Communication

- Open Folder Events

- Select after which event that you want the review to send. (We recommend "After Final Review" or "Vehicle Delivered")

- NOTE: The message and link will be sent to the customer 24 hours after the task is complete (marked as reviewed or marked as delivered in the folder)

- Insert the message that you want to send with the link.

- Select the Green "+" on the right and choose "Google Reviews Link"

Hit the Save button when complete.

NOTE: The link will be sent to the customer based on the location.
