Teams Messaging in NexsyisNow

You can now manage and send teams messages within the inbox in NexsyisNow.

 

Teams Inbox - Overview

1. Teams Messaging Inbox icon — select the chat bubble to open directly to the Teams inbox. The Phone icon represents the Customer Messaging Inbox.

2. You can toggle between the Teams and Customer Messaging Inboxes at the top of the page.

3. Within the Teams inbox, you can toggle to view the main inbox, sent messages and messages that have been marked as archived.

4. The blue dot next to a message signifies that it has not been marked as read yet.

5. Selecting the three-dots menu opens the message actions list: Reply to a message, Archive a message thread, or Mark the message as Read.

6. You can see the message thread's recipients at the header of the message. 

7. You can reply to a message at the bottom of the thread.

8. Folder # and Priority are displayed in the header. Selecting the Folder# launches a new tab of that folder in NexsyisNow.

9. Select Create New Message to start a new internal messaging thread.

10. Select this icon to refresh the inbox as needed.

 

 

 

Sending a new Teams Message

1. From within the inbox, select Create New Message.

2. Locate folder by searching for folder#, last name, or phone#.

3. Select message category.

4. Select recipient(s) of the message.

5. If message is of high importance, check the High Priority checkbox to indicate as so.

6. Enter the message text.

7. Select Send Message to send.

 

 

 

Send Internal Message within Folder

Navigate to Quick Actions > New Team Message

 

 

The Folder will autopopulate, but you can select the message category, recipient, and priority level before entering and sending your message:

 

 

Once sent, the message will display as a conversation in the Sent folder in the Teams Messaging Inbox with a link to launch into the folder:
