Troubleshooting OPSTrax

1. Verify your Operator Credentials

Credentials must be entered for each user who will be ordering parts through OPS Trax within Nexsyis. To enable individual user access, operator credentials must be configured in Nexsyis:

  1. Go to System > Tools > Operator Settings > Associated Codes tab

  2. Select the appropriate Location

  3. Add the following credentials:

    OPS User ID:

    OPS Password:

 

 

2. Re-import the Estimate into Nexsyis. If your company is using the Nexsyis EMS Service to import estimates, please restart it. 

3. Clear webcache folder on your PC

To clear the cache within Nexsyis, follow the steps below:

 

1. Close out of the Nexsyis application.

 

2. Open File Explorer and copy/paste the path below into the search and key Enter to search:

 

C:ProgramDataNEXconnexwebcache

 

3. Select all the files in this folder (CTRL+A) and right-click > Delete (or use the Delete key) to remove from the folder.

 

4. Relaunch the Nexsyis applicaiton and verify if you can access OPSTrax now.

4. Contact your internal IT to restart the OPSTrax service
