Resetting Validation Key

  1. Click System / Tools / Validation Key Reset

 

  1. Copy and paste the new validation key into the blank box:
  2. Click “Validate Key” and then “OK”

 

  1. Close out of the application and re-open the log in screen
  2. You will now have the new option in the database drop-down
