On the Repair Plan screen, you will see the session punches recorded under each repair stage.

Double-Click on the Labor type on the GP Analyzer screen (note, there is a setting that needs to be activated for this, contact support if you do not see the punch details on your GP Analyzer):

There are two reports for tech time.

2. Technician Time Reporting Manager
a. The Productivity tab compares Total Clock Hours (timeclock punches- can be validated by the Employee Time screen) compared to Job Clock Hours (repair punches-can be validated by the Repair Plan Time Corrections screen).

b. The Labor Efficiency tab compares hours from the Work Order to clock hours on the job (for completed repairs) and can be validated using the GP Analyzer and Repair Plan screen or the Tech Time Punches report.


You can view the dashboard in NexsyisNow by selecting the dashboard icon and then the Tech Time tab.
The Tech Time Dashboard in NexsyisNow provides visibility into technician time clock activity for a selected day.
Any jobs the technician has clocked into will display the folder number and total time they have clocked into the job.
Jobs are color-coded for quick status identification: orange indicates an in-progress job, while blue indicates a completed job.
