Auto Line Conversion Rules

Overview

The Work Order Settings - Auto Line Conversion Rules screen allows you to set up rules to automatically convert the Sales Classification on a Work Order line.

Adding a Rule

1. Click New on the bottom button bar

2. For the type of line you would like to convert, specify whether it "begins with the text" or "contains the text"

3. Enter the text EXACTLY as the line shows on the Work Order including capitalizations and spacing

4. Select the Sales Classification are converting from

5. Select what you would like the classification to convert to

6. Click the Save icon on the bottom button bar
