Collision Link and Nexsyis Collision

 

There is no direct integration with OEConnect, orders will need to be submitted using the Collision Link uploader and then marked as ordered in Nexsyis.

 

Setting up Collision Link

 

Depending on a company's setup, the Collision Link uploader may be running on the location's server or individual desktops.  Uploaders, which can be downloaded here,  will need to include the path to which the estimating system exports EMS data.  If you do not know what this path is, IT should be able to provide that information.

 

To add the path, right-click the uploader icon in the task tray, click Add CollisionLink Import Folder..., then insert the path.

 

 

There will be a message in bottom corner of the screen indicating that the folder is being watched.  Once that message appears, files EMS'd to the folder should appear in the Unsent Orders list( https://collisionlinkshop.com/ ).

 

 

Troubleshooting

Verify that the Collision Link Uploader is running.  If it is operational, the icon will have a green play button.

 

 

Verify that the file was uploaded in the Collision Link logs.  To access the log, right-click the uploader icon in the tray and select Support.

 

 

If you are unable to find that it uploaded, or see errors, please contact Collision Link support at 888-776-5792.

 

Nexsyis Setup

For each Location, e-mail nexsupport@Nexsyis.com your OEC Company ID and the collisionlink import Folder that you set up above. 

Sending Orders in Nexsyis via CollisionLink

On the Order screen, choose the “XML” checkbox and the green check at the bottom to upload the order through the Collision Link Uploader

 

You can set "XML" as the default for the Vendor under the Company Contacts/Vendor Contacts screen
