Adding a New Courtesy Car
Transaction permission: Courtesy Cars Setup is required
- Open Setup > Company > Courtesy Cars
- Click the New button at the bottom of the screen.
- Enter the Name, VIN, License, Year, Make and Model, and choose the location it is assigned to.
Click Save.
Setup Courtesy Cars for Document Imaging
First, you must make a Courtesy Car available in the Document Imaging setup.
- Open Setup > Documents > Document & Imaging.
- Select the "All" radio button at the top and select Courtesy Car from the right-side list.
- Double Click on "Courtesy Car" to open the document.
- Select "Folder" as the Parent Menu item and Save.

- Courtesy Cars will show on the left now under Folder.
- You can move it up to the position you would like on the menu using the arrows on the left side of the menu.
