Create a New Appointment from the Schedule Book

Tutorial: 

 

10 STEPS

1. From the folder, select the "New" Icon next to "Next Appt".

2. The schedule book will open. Use the calendar or arrows at the top of the screen to navigate to the date you want to set the appointment for.

3. Click the 12th.

4. Click Refresh to load the screen for the new date.

5. Double click on the slot you want to book.

6. Change the appointment time if it will be different then the preset slot time.

7. Assign an Appointment Resource.

NOTE: A Resource will already be selected if the appointment is a resource-based appointment type.

8. Click Cruz, Christian

9. Click Save to book the appointment.

10. Once an appointment is created, it will show at the top of the folder.

If there is a drop off or tow in without an appointment, it is easiest to create the appointment directly from the customer folder. If the customer calls ahead, it is recommended that you use the schedule book and view open slots so that the new appointment is scheduled based on your store’s capacity.
 

1. Locate the Customer Folder and from the "Folder Status" box in the top right corner, select the New button next to the "Next Appt." line.
2. The Appointment Screen will open
3. Fill in the Appointment Details: Date & Time, Appt Type, Service Resource, and any relevant notes
4. Click Save
