Create a New Appointment from the Schedule Book
Tutorial:
If there is a drop off or tow in without an appointment, it is easiest to create the appointment directly from the customer folder. If the customer calls ahead, it is recommended that you use the schedule book and view open slots so that the new appointment is scheduled based on your store’s capacity.
1. Locate the Customer Folder and from the "Folder Status" box in the top right corner, select the New button next to the "Next Appt." line.

2. The Appointment Screen will open
3. Fill in the Appointment Details: Date & Time, Appt Type, Service Resource, and any relevant notes

4. Click Save
