Customizing In Process Data Display in Nexsyis Now

The In Process screen in NexsyisNow is customizable.

The data display is a company-wide setting. Any changes made to the data display will be made to all users in order to keep a standardized board. 

Collapsed vs. Expanded Cards 

Collapsed Cards

Collapsed Cards are smaller to fit more data on your screen.

Collapsed Cards only show the Folder Number, Vehicle Description, and the Actions. NOTE: This is a default setting and cannot be changed. 

Use the toggle button at the top right of your screen to switch between Collapsed and Expanded Card View. 

Expanded Cards

Expanded cards are customizable. All data selections made will apply company-wide. Read more below to learn about selecting data to display on the cards.

Selecting Data to Display

NOTE: The NexsyisNow In-Process screen Data Display is defaulted to show the items below: 

1. Customer

2. Internal Date

3. Service Resource

4. Insurance

5. B Tech

6. Holds

7. Painter

1. To edit the data to display, start by selecting the gear icon at the top right of the in-process board: 

2. A screen will appear on the right side-bar. Select "Select Data to Display" 

3. A list of options will appear. Here you will choose which data you want displayed and the order to display it. 

The list will auto save. All changes made here will be made company-wide for all NexsyisNow users. 

In Process Screen Settings

• Select the Arrow Icon to show all repair plan stages, Unselect the icon to hide stages that are empty. 

• Select the Box Icon to hide and expand the in process board. This hides the "At a Glance" and top ribbon to allow more cards to show on your screen. Unselect the icon to view the top ribbons. . 

• Select the three dots at the top right of your screen on the "At a Glance" ribbon. A pop-up will appear with available data to select and show at the top of your screen.
