Customer Information

• Click the Edit button next to the Customer name on the Folder to update the customer’s name, address, and settings.

• Edit customer phone numbers directly in the Folder header.

• Enable text and/or e-mail communication for the customer on the Communication tab.

 

Clicking Edit next to the customer name will allow you to edit the name, address, and settings fields:

Under the Settings section you can uncheck the box that says "Include in CSI" if you wish to exclude this Folder from the CSI batch, you can check the box Exempt from Sales Tax if the customer/company is exempt from sales tax.
