In-Person Document Signing - NexsyisNow

You can now have customers sign repair documents electronically using NexsyisNow.

1. Open the folder and select the Repair Drop Down, then select "Quick Launch/ Appointments / Repair Timeline".

2. Select the Quick Launch Button

3. A pop-up menu will open. From here, select the document that you want the customer to sign and the document will appear to be signed.

4. Once documents are signed, you can view them on NexsyisNow.

From the folder, select "Documents" from the dropdown at the top of your screen.

5. All completed documents will show on the screen. Select the "Download" icon to open a copy of the document.
