Send Estimate Review (after completion of Online Photo Estimate)

After the customer has completed an Online Photo Estimate, you can send them a link to the Customer Portal to review the estimate you have written.

From the Folder Communication tab, select the template for "Estimate Review".

This will text or e-mail a link that will open directly to the Estimates page of the Customer Portal.

Note: if you have included a video in your Estimate Review package, and that video type is on the Folder, the customer will also see a link to view your video.
