Online Photo Estimate
Nexsyis's Online Photo Estimate tool allows your customers to submit a request for an estimate by providing their contact information, vehicle information, damage photos, and comments of the damage.
When a request is submitted, a Folder will automatically be created in Nexsyis with the information and photos provided. Once a customer has completed an Online Photo Estimate, and you have imported the estimate into Nexsyis, use the Estimate Review template to send them to the estimates page of the portal to view their estimate.
1. Accessing the Online Photo Estimate
The user can access the Online Photo Estimate tool from a button on your website.
Or, from a direct link sent out of the Nexsyis Folder (select Online Photo Estimate Template from the Communications tab of the Folder)
2. Completing the Online Photo Estimate
The customer will be guided through 4 screens to complete an online photo estimate
Button turns blue when photo has been added. Once all required photos are uploaded, user can click continue.
3. After an Online Photo Estimate is Completed
When a request is submitted:
1) A Folder will automatically be created on the Opportunities tab in Nexsyis with the information and photos provided. The Created User column will show as "WEB"

2) Users subscribed to Customer Messages will receive a new Customer message notification of "Customer has completed task: Estimate Request"

3) And e-mails will be sent to the 2 e-mail addresses set up on the company Location tab.

4) Sending an Estimate
Once a customer has completed an Online Photo Estimate, and you have imported the estimate into Nexsyis, use the Estimate Review template to send them to the estimates page of the portal to view their estimate.
