Sending Photos to the Customer
1. Go to the Communications Tab of the folder.
2. Confirm that you have entered a valid email or phone number and have selected at least one of the two check boxes:
3. Select the "Select Photos" button to attach photos. NOTE: photos must be attached to the folder.
4. Select photos to send and click the green check mark when done.
5. Enter a message or select a template to send with the photos and hit send.
6. The message will have a camera icon to show that there are photos attached. You can double click on the message to view the photos.
Receiving Photos from the Customer
1. When you receive a message from a customer, the new message icon will display on the bottom right of your screen:
2. In the folder and in the message center, the message will have a camera icon to show that there are images attached. Double click on the message to view the images.
3. After double-clicking, the images will appear in a pop-up.
4. Right-click on the line and choose "Link Image(s) to Folder" to save them to the folder.
5. The images will now be saved in the photo tab.
