Folder - Photos

Add Photos

Photos can be added to a Folder one of three ways:

1) Using the NexsyisNow web app (Add Photos using the NexsyisNow Web App)

2) By dragging and dropping over the large preview window

3) By clicking the New button on the button bar

Tag Photos to a Panel

Double Click to Open/Edit a Phtot.

When imported using methods 2 or 3, photos will default to "Additional". You can choose to tag them to a specific panel by clicking the Panel button

Tag Photos to a Repair Stage

Photos will automatically be tagged to the stage the Folder was in when the photos were imported. To change the stage tag, click on the Stage button

Tag Unrelated Prior Damage

You can mark a photo as Unrelated Prior Damage. If you are using the Nexsyis e-Authorization feature, and these photos are also set as "Visible to Customer", these photos will show to the customer under a separate "Unrelated Prior Damage Photos" screen.

Tag Photos as Visible to Customer

If you are using the Nexsyis e-Authorization & Customer Portal features, you can allow photos to be visible to the customer on these web platforms.

A blue globe icon on the thumbnail, as well as the Visible to Customer on "Yes" on the bottom bar indicates that the photo is visible to the customer.

To toggle this setting, either double-click on the globe, or slide the Visible to Customer bar to "No"

Set as Primary Photo

Setting a photo as primary photo will move the thumbnail to the top of the list. The primary photo will also be used as the preview image on NexsyisNow
