Folder Communication Overview
- Your company can create custom automated messages to be sent to customers (i.e. appointment reminders, document signature requests, repair status updates)
- When creating a new Folder in Nexsyis, Nexsyis will automatically check for a valid cell phone # and check the box to “Communicate by text” on the Communications tab of the Folder. If it cannot find a cell phone #, then it will check for an e-mail address and check the box to “Communicate by e-mail”. Customers can choose to Opt Out of your Communications directly from the text or e-mail.
- As various events (appointment reminders, etc) that you have set up occur, the customer will receive your messages and they will be recorded in the Communications tab.
- Appointment reminder and status update message sent to the customer will contain a link for the customer to access their repair. This will take the customer directly to the Customer Portal, where, after entering their last name, the customer can view their Repair Status, photos and documents marked as “Visible to Customer”, estimates, and contact the Service (or Sales) Resource
Edit Customer Communication Template
After selecting a template, you can now edit the text in the template to further customize the message, add more information, etc.
View / Delete Scheduled Messages
To see messages scheduled for the future, check the box for "Show Scheduled". You will see the scheduled date and time
To delete a scheduled message so that it does not go out, right-click over the message and select "Delete". It will be removed from scheduled and will show if you check the "Show Deleted" checkbox.
