Set a Repair Category on a Folder

A Repair Category can be set

1) When Creating a Folder, or

2) On the Vehicle screen of the Folder

The system will automatically be set up with the default categories of Ultra Light, Light, Medium, Heavy, and Ultra Heavy, but you can customize this list.

View / Report on Repair Category

You can add the column called "Repair Category" to your Vehicle Center, Schedule Book, or Folder Tracking screen.

Use this column to filter the data by a specific category.

Set up Repair Categories

To set these up, open System / Setup / Folder / Repair Questions

Add a New Category

To add a repair category, enter a Code, Description, and click Save.

Note: this feature extends into the NexsyisNow e-Vehicle Check In feature, where you can assign questions to a category. You can read more about it here.

Make a Category Inactive

To remove a category from your list, select it and click the Delete button.

A red icon will show in the Inactive column
