Create Folder From Estimate File
1. Select Folders from the top Nexsyis menu
2. Click the New button on the Folder Search screen
3. Click the "Import Estimate" button
A screen will open to select your estimate file
- For Mitchell and Audatex, if you are importing from disk, take the time to set your default path following these instructions: Default EMS Path. This will save the path for future imports.

Note: if the estimate is already attached to a Folder, it will show in gray. It cannot ben imported until you remove it from the other Folder.
- The list on the estimate import screen will default to estimates extracted today. If you do not see your estimate file, try un-checking the date range filters and refreshing the list. You can also click on the magnifying class at the top-right to search. Once you locate your estimate, click the green check mark on the button bar to import.
4. Customer and claim information will populate from the estimate. Fill in any additional folder details, making sure to select the Resource (or <Unassigned> if not yet assigned) and the Insurance company.
5. Click the "Vehicle" tab to complete any additional vehicle information.
6. Once finished, click Save to save the new Folder
