Target Date

Overview

The Target Date is the date you are promising the customer the repair will be complete. This date is set in the Folder Summary tab.

 

If the Target Date is changed, you should communicate this information with the customer as soon as possible. If you change the Target Date after setting it, it will turn yellow to let you know to be cautious about changing it again.

 

The Target Date will show as red in the Vehicle Center screen if it is after the current date.

You can view the Target Date in the vehicle center under the In-Process tab

 

 

Target Date in the Folder

  1. Manually select the date from the drop-down menu or

  2. Use the Target Date Calculator

 

 

Insurance Company Settings

Company Contacts > Insurance Companies 

 

Open the insurance company by double-clicking the line and enter the Target Date Information:
