Preparing a Folder For Delivery
You will be able to view folders which are ready for delivery from the Completed Not Delivered tab of the Vehicle Center.

1) Open the Folder and Review Exceptions- ideally, you should only see "Rejected, not Returned", and "Returned, no Credit Memo" at this stage of the repair
2) Open the GP Analyze from the Exceptions of the customer folder to check profitability and ensure that everything looks normal.
3) Review Purchase Orders from folder – ensure that status reads CLS or closed (what closes a PO is that all the lines have been received).
4) Complete the Payment Break Down Sheet.
5) Ensure that all Labor has been Allocated. Locate Labor Allocation from the Summary tab of the customer folder and ensure that all B,D,R Work Order Totals match the B,D,R Resource Totals. If they do not match, you will need to allocate labor
6) Customer Payments should be collected and entered.
7) Dates- Vehicle Completed and Delivered checkboxes are checked on the summary tab of the customer folder. DO NOT MARK AS DELIVERED UNTIL YOU ARE ACTUALLY DELIVERING THE VEHICLE! Checking the vehicle delivered box will automatically invoice the folder and print off final delivery documents. Once you mark a vehicle as delivered, you cannot change the completed or delivered date.
8) The Folder should then be reviewed using the Final Review tab of the Vehicle Center.
