When creating folders for fleet repairs, you should create the folder as you normally would for any customer, using the name, phone numbers and other information of the person you are communicating with to manage the repair. On the folder, there is a dropdown list containing fleets that have been established in Nexsyis. Selecting an item from this list creates the association of the folder to a fleet.
You will indicate that the vehicle is a fleet repair by selecting the fleet from the list.
Next, select the Edit button next to the vehicle on the folder header. Enter the Fleet ID number in the Other ID field.
You can now use this fleet ID when searching for the folder.
Right-click over the Grid Header Row and select "Column Chooser"

Double-click on "Fleet" to add it to your grid

Right-click over the body of the grid and select "Save My Grid Layout"

If you set the Target Date Calculation Settings in Fleet setup, you can choose to use those settings for calculating the target completion date of this folder.
