The Rental company information will automatically fill-in on the Folder Summary tab and the button will now read “Rental Req (1)”
Sending the Rental Request
If your company is using the Nexsyis/Enterprise ARMS integration or Hertz integration, no other steps are required. Nexsyis will automatically send the Rental Reservation Request to Enterprise or Hertz and, in the case of Enterprise, update the ARMS website.
Once the request has been accepted by the rental company, the request will be updated with the highlighted information below.
If the Rental Request fails to be accepted, Nexsyis will notify you through the internal messanger. You should review the accuracy of the request and re-send.
To manually print/e-mail the rental request to your rental company, open the print/e-mail screen and select Rental Request from the list of Folder Reports

Recording a Rental
Record a rental on the Summary tab of the Folder. Note: this just shows the Folder as being in a rental in Nexsyis. If you need to send the rental company a rental request, further steps are required. See the section above on "Create Rental Request".
If the customer will be using a rental vehicle, select the Company from the drop-down and the date the rental will begin. Select who is paying for the rental (Insurance, your Company, or Customer).
Display in In Process Grid
Columns can be added to the In Process Grid to show the Rental Company and payor. Based on who is paying for the rental, certain text will be bold:
