Sending Estimates to Nexsyis via CCC Secure Share

In CCC, click the "Save" button on the estimate. This will trigger CCC to automatically send the estimate to Nexsyis via CCC Secure Share. You do NOT need to click "EMS Export" in CCC.

Trouble-shooting steps

If you do not see your estimate available to be imported in Nexsyis, try the following steps:

1. An estimate can only be imported into one Folder in Nexsyis. Check that your estimate isn't already in another Folder by using the Folder search screen to search by Customer name, Claim #, and VIN. If there is a match, open the Folder and check the estimate total against your estimate in CCC. The estimate can be deleted from the existing Folder to be added to the new Folder.

2. If importing a new estimate, un-check the date range restrictions on the estimate import screen and refresh:

3. CCC will only send/re-send an estimate if it detects a change has been made. Try making a small change, i.e. adding a line amount for $1 and saving again.

4. Try to force-send by selecting "Secure Share"

And then selecting "Nexsyis" and clicking "Send"

Estimate Re-Import Errors

When there is an issue with supplements being reimported in Nexsyis, an orange "i" icon will display next to the estimate line under Folder > Estimate tab.

Upon selecting Re-Import Estimate, an error should pop up explaining why the supplement cannot be automatically re-imported via Secure Share. For this example. the auto-reimport didn't occur since the estimate contains multiple labor rates for the same labor type:

There are two methods to remedy this in CCC.

Method 1:

  1. Open the workfile, and then create a supplement from the Estimate tab > Lines tab.
  2. Select the Rates tab.
  3. Change the rate in the Current $ column for the labor charge category.
  4. Select Apply Rates Retroactively in the toolbar.
  5. Click OK from the confirmation pop-up.
  6. Select Save or Save and Close from the toolbar.

Method 2:

  1. Open the workfile, and then create a supplement from the Estimate tab > Lines tab.
  2. Select the Update Rates and Rules button on the toolbar. The Update Rates and Rules dialog box opens.
  3. Select the profile from the list.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Select the Apply labor rates retroactively option.
  6. Click Yes to overwrite the existing rates in the new preliminary supplement. The new rates and rules are applied to the workfile.
  7. Select Save or Save and Close.
