Using the Hat No Field

The Hat No (number) field in Nexsyis can be used to indicate the bin that the parts are stored it.

To edit the Hat No field, open the Folder and click the edit button next to the Vehicle description

Key in the Hat No and click Save.

(Note, on the rare occasion parts for the same Folder are stored in multiple bins, enter the bin #s separated by a comma, i.e. 8,9,10)

Show the Hat No column in the Purchases Assistant screen

The Hat No field does not show in the Purchases Assistant grid by default but you can add it through the Column Chooser.

Right-click over the header of the grid and select "Column Chooser"

Double click on "Hat No" to insert it into the grid

You can drag and drop the column to order it where you would like. Once you are done, right-click over the grid rows and select "Save My Grid Layout"
