Insurance Setup: Insurance Companies, Add/Change Agents, Adjusters
Insurance Companies
Access the Insurance screen by going under the Operations tab and selecting > Company Contacts.
Locate an insurance company by selecting the radial button next to "Insurance Company" and type the name of the company you are looking for in the search bar, then select "Find".

You can view the company's information by double clicking on the line in the grid.

Target Date Calculator: This is where you define the settings for the target date calculator accessed from the customer contact screen.

Settings defined here will auto-fill as calculator rules for that insurance company, as shown below.

Adding New Insurance Companies
To search and activate an insurance company, click the inactive checkbox and search for the company.
Mark a company as active by un-checking the inactive box on the insurance company's screen.
If you need to add an insurance company, click the new button at the bottom of your screen.
Complete the information for the new insurance company and click the save icon.
Adding a New Agent and/or Adjuster
Nexsyis stores insurance company agents and adjuster information so that they are selectable for future repairs.
Access the Agent/Adjuster screen by going under Company Contacts and selecting the radial button for Agents or Adjusters. You can see what Agents/Adjusters already exist by selecting the insurance company and searching by name, or simply clicking the magnifying glass icon next to the name field. If you click that icon without typing anything in the text box, all of the Agents/Adjusters will load according to what insurance companies are selected. After verifying that your agent/adjuster is not already listed, click the New button.
Once you have filled out the personal information, you can add the insurance companies that the agent represents by clicking the green plus icon on the right side of the screen.
Select the insurance company and click the green Select/Process icon.
Repeat the process if your Agent has multiple Insurance companies, then click Save.
