Linking Static Folder Documents

A static document is an un-editable pdf image that does not require any fields to be populated from Nexsyis. Documents added as Folder Static Documents

can be printed/emailed from the Folder screen. (You can also add these to print packages) .

Add a new Folder Static Document

Go to Settings / Setup / Documents / Folder Static Documents. Click New

1. Name the document

2. Click Import document and locate the file on your computer

3. If you would like the document to show on all Folders, check the box "Link to all Folders". Otherwise, follow steps 5-6 below to show it only on Folders with a specific make or insurance company.  

4. Click Save at the bottom. 

5. Double-click on the Document name you just added to reopen the screen

6. From the "Add Item" list, select whether it is an Insurance or Make specific document. Click the green +" button. 

7. A screen will launch to select the make or insurance company. For insurance, be sure to click the blue refresh button to load the list and the green check mark at the bottom to select. 

8. Click Save. 

 

Accessing Static Documents from within the Folder

Documents added through the Static Folder Documents setup screen will show in the Folder reports section of the Folder. If "Link to all folders" was checked, it will show on all Folders. If a specific make or insurance company was specified it will only show on Folders that have that specific make or insurance company.
