Manual Folder Number Mode

- Nexsyis can be setup to manual folder number mode.

- This will require that the user enter a folder number on the New Folder screen before the folder can be created.

1. Go to: Setup > Company > Preferences > Folders

2. Select the check box next to "Use Folder # Manual Mode"

3. When creating a New Folder, Nexsyis will require that the user enter a folder number.

4. Folder numbers cannot be used more than once. Nexsyis will alert the user if the number has already been used.
