A. Quick Action Menu

B. Repair Timeline 

  • Set Date of Loss 

  • View Appointments

  • View Repairs started Date (date the 1st stage was started) 

  • LaunchVehicle Check-In

  • Folder Reviewed Date

 

C. Estimate tab 

  • Mark estimate inactive  

  • Remove estimate  

 

D. Scheduled Appointments 

  • Shows upcoming appointments for the folder. 

 

E. Quick Launch 

  • Send Payment link 

  • Launch any e-document set to a new tab for the customer to sign 

 

F. Recent Folder search

  • Use the search menu to browse folders and create a new folder. You can search using VIN, name, claim number or phone number.  NOTE: Use the Folder # Search to search by Folder #)
  • You can also use the folder number search box to the right to quick search a folder number. 

  

G. Customer Messaging Feature

  • Customer messaging restricted by Transaction permission "View Customer Messages"

 

H. Customer Tab 

  • Customer address, contact, referral, and rental information (note: customer PII can be restricted by the Transaction permission “View customer PII”)

 

I. Vehicle Tab 

  • Vehicle drive status (drivable or non-drivable)

  • View and allocate labor

  • Add more than one QC photo to a QC step
