NOTE: All information is based on the selected time frame filter.
A. Arrived to Delivered: Cycle Time of Folders moved from Arrived to Delivered in the selected time frame. Note: a Folder must have a disposition of "Repair" to be included in Cycle Time metrics.
B. Work In Process: Work in Process is based on Work Order hours, not estimate hours. Hours on Manual Work order lines are excluded.
C. Scheduled: Scheduled repairs and hours for the time frame. % of target is based on the Profile - Schedule Hours/Day in the Location setup in Nexsyis.
D. Arrived: Number of Folders and hours arrived.
E. Delivered: Number of Folders and hours delivered. (Based on Work Order hours)
F. Completed: Number of vehicles and hours completed. (Based on Work Order hours)
G. Body Hours Delivered: Number of Folders with body hours, Hours delivered, and Average body hours of repairs delivered. Vs. Last Period is based on Average Hours
H. Refinish Hours Delivered: Number of Folders with refinish hours, Hours delivered, and Average refinish hours of repairs delivered. Vs. Last Period is based on Average Hours
I. Cycle Time Averages: Based on Calendar Days and Estimate Hours. Cycle Time "Start" is based on the stage chosen in the Preferences setup in Nexsyis
J. Cycle Time by Resource - Arrived to Delivered: Cycle Time reported on by assigned Service resource
K. Cycle Time by Repair Stage: Cycle Time Days in each repair stage
L. Top 10 Insurance Companies - Arrived to Delivered: Top 10 Insurance Companies is based on the number of repairs, starting from most to least. (see more information below)
