Complete Quality Control on NexsyisNow in one of two ways.

1. Launch the Quality Control feature either from the Production List quick-menu

2. Open the Folder and click the drop down, then choose "Quality Control"

Completing QC

  select to indicate the step is complete

  select to indicate the step was N/A

 indicates step requires a photo before marking complete or N/A. Select to upload a photo. (The green checkmark will not be available to use until a photo is attached)

Complete each QC item by selecting the right icon in the action column.

Upload a Photo

Select the  button to attach a photo to the QC step. A red dot indicates that a photo is required before the step can be marked as complete or N/A

The camera button will turn blue once a photo is attached.

Only one photo can be attached per step. If you need to attach a different photo, select the blue camera button and click CHANGE PHOTO

Click on "Click here to upload a photo" and then choose Take Photo or Photo Library

The new photo will be attached to the step 

Uploading Multiple Photos 

Add/View QC Notes

At the top of the QC screen, click the Notes button.

Select a repair stage from the drop down and type in your note, then select "Add Note". 

A note will be added and you can view the amount of notes from the QC screen.
