Overview

Attributes can be set up as tags that can be associated to estimate tasks in Nexsyis Estimate Tasks setup. Attributes can be location names, collision repair terms, insurance companies, etc. 

Adding Attributes

1. Go to Setup > Estimate Settings > Nexsyis Estimate Attributes
2. Select Click here to add a new row
3. Key in the attribute name that you want to associate to a task
4. Key Enter/Tab to save

Associating Attributes to Tasks

You can associate attributes to estimate tasks under Setup > Estimate Settings > Nexsyis Estimate Tasks. When building out a task, you can check one or more attributes to associate with the estimate task template. 

When in the Nexsyis Estimate screen, you can filter via attribute to refine the estimate task list to show tasks specific to the attribute. This will allow users to look at tasks specific to locations, procedures (i.e. Total Loss), insurance companies, etc.
