NexsyisNow Mobile Web App

Overview

NexsyisNow is Nexsyis's mobile production app. The app can be accessed from any device with an internet browser and will auto-size to the device's display settings. You can add NexsyisNow as a shortcut to the home screen on your mobile device so that it launches like a native app. Follow these instructions: Add a NexsyisNow Shortcut to your Mobile Device

Logging In

Use your desktop Nexsyis username and password to log in. The first time you log in, you will need to enter your Company's Activation Key.

To find your Activation Key open System / Tools / Nexsyis Mobile Activation Key

Functionality

View the In Process List (Production List)

- See All Folders Arrived through your final Repair Stage

- A Folder search bar allows you to search for folders in the In Process List or all Folders in Nexsyis

- Change locations, apply filters, and edit the information displayed

View / Update Folder Details

- View Customer information

- View Vehicle information

- Update production information, i.e. Holds, Action, Priority

- View Estimate & Work Order

- Check In Customers

- Update Dates

- Add and View Documents

- Add Notes

- Add/Manage Photos and Videos

- Update Repair Plan and Repair Stages

- Allocate Labor

- Mark Folder as a Total Loss or Lost Opportunity

Internal Messaging

- View Messages

Scheduling

- Schedule appointments

- View appointments

Run in Presentation Mode

- View the In Process list in an auto-refresh, read-only mode (great for SmartTVs on the shop floor)

- View dashboard reporting in Presentation Mode
