Notes in NexsyisNow

Users can now add and manage notes in NexsyisNow. This feature is accessible by selecting Notes from the menu to the left of the screen to launch into the Notes tab of the folder. Clicking + Add Note allows you to add a new note without opening the Notes screen. The number of highlighted notes within the folder is immediately identifiable by a star, followed by the total number of highlighted notes.

 

Overview

1. Type in a keyword, date or user to quickly find related notes

2. Filter by Note Category

3. Quickly Print all Notes

4. Quickly copy all Notes to your clipboard

5. Add a new note to the folder

6. Toggle to only show notes that are highlighted 

7. Copy or highlight a single Note

8. Note Categories can be customized by color for easy identification.

 

Adding Notes

You can add a new Note to a folder two different way.

1.Click the Notes tab in the folder. This will open up the folder notes screen, allowing you to review all previously entered notes for the folder.

Then click the +Add Note button in the upper right of the Notes screen.

 

 

 

 

Select a Category for the note you are adding to the folder.

 

 

Type the note in the New Note box.

 

 

Click + Add Note to save your note to the Folder

 

 

 

Filtering Notes

In the Notes tab, you can filter the notes to only show notes for a selected category. Additional Note Categories can be setup and customized in the Nexsyis Setup Screen. By selecting one category from the drop down, only notes labeled with that category will be shown.

 

 

 

 

Creating Custom Note Categories

To create a new Note Category, first click on the Setting Icon in the lower left and then choose the Folder Setup tab.

 

 

Choose Note Categories from the menu on the left and then click + Add Note Categories.

 

 

On the note category setup screen, you will create a code and add the description.

 

 

You can customize the color of the note and/or text by clicking each pencil. 

.

 

Click the Add Categories button to save or + Add Additional Category to create more custom Note Categories.
