Projected Sales

The Projected Sales screen calculates the projected sales (based on the Folder Internal Date) in comparison to the sales goal established for a specific location.

Access the Projected Sales screen from the Operations or Reporting tab. Select Market and Location, and then click Refresh.

 

 

Settings (Top left frame) 

This section contains the parameters being used to calculate the totals.

Work Days are based on the number of work days in the month minus any Holidays set up in Nexsyis.

Daily Goal Setup

The Daily Sales Goal shown on the Projected Sales screen can be set on the Location setup screen. 

Open System / Setup / Company / Locations. Open the location and key-in the Daily Sales Goal on the General tab.

Nexsyis will use this daily goal to calculate the End of Week and End of Period goals based on working days.

 

Production Section (Top-right frame)

This data will update as the Internal Dates are updated

Filter the In Process list by Internal Date or click the "i" button to see a detailed report:

Goals (Bottom Frame)

EOW Goal: Work Days by Friday x Daily Sales Goal

Projected (a+c+d): Due EOW + Completed + Invoiced

Difference: EOW Goal - Projected. This is the amount you are ahead or behind of reaching your goal

 

 

EOP Goal: Work Days in Period x Daily Sales Goal

Projected (b+c+d): Due EOP + Completed + Invoiced

Difference: EOP Goal - Projected. This is the amount you are ahead or behind of reaching your goal
