Error processing a credit card? Check that RCM is running on the PC

A program called RCM has to be running for the Global Payments credit card terminal to work with Nexsyis.

On the bottom-right of your PC, make sure you see this icon:

If not, you can search for the program in Windows and click "Open" to launch it
