Reset Operator Password

Open Setup / Operator Permissions / By Operator.

Search for the employee name

Enter a password in the "New Password" field and then click "Reset" to set the password. 

 

 

Click "Yes" on the prompt

 

 

Changing a password

The user can then change the password you reset to a password of their choice by typing in the new password and checking the "Change Password" checkbox before clicking the green check button

 

This will bring up a screen to enter a new password:
