Setup Feedback and Review Link

You can now insert multiple review links in Nexsyis and create an automatic text and/or email template that will be sent to customers once a car is delivered.

Step 1: Insert Review Links

Open Setup > Company  > Locations

- Select the Location for the Link

- Go to the "Web" tab. 

- Select your Review Link Platform from the dropdown

- Insert the link URL next to "URL" 

- Click the green + to add the new link

 

NOTE: The review links will need to be setup for each location.

 

Step 2: Setup Customer Communication Template

Setup > Customer Communication 

 

  1. Open Vehicle Delivered.
  2. Select the Add New button at the bottom.
  3. Enter a Code and a Description.
  4. Select when you would like the notification to send after the vehicles been delivered.
  5. Insert the Text Message notification that you want to send with the link. 
  6. Enter the Subject and Message Body for Email Notifications.
  7. Customize what you would like the link to read.
  8. Select the Start Page as the Customer Review option.

 

Save your template.
