Stock Items

Inventory items such as antifreeze, freon, and even pinstripe can all be considered stock items depending on your shop's preference.

There are three different ways to mark an item as a stock item:

1. On the Work Order, double click the line under the "Stk" column to change the "N" to a "Y".

2. When ordering parts, select the line and click the "Mark as Stock Item" button at the bottom of the page.

3. From the Purchases Assistant, select the line and click the "Do Not Order" button.

If an item is unintentionally marked as stock, adjust from the Work Order screen by changing the "Y" to an "N".
