Nexsyis Tractable Integration
The Nexsyis integration with Tractable eliminates the need for manual data entry by automatically creating new folders in Nexsyis from the information the customer submits during the estimate process.
How it Works
The customer receives a link that is sent to them via email or text by your team or by clicking a link you have provided on your website. Once the customer receives the Tractable AI estimate link, they submit the required information on their mobile device. After completion, Tractable sends the customer details, vehicle information, photos, and a copy of the estimate to Nexsyis. A folder is then automatically created in the Opportunity tab of the Vehicle Center. These folders will display "TRWEB" in the "Created By" field, which can be added as a column in the Opportunity tab view.

Once the folder is created, a copy of the Tractable AI estimate is available in the Documents tab under the "Other Estimates" category. You can view the estimate by double-clicking the document to open it. Please note that estimate lines from the Tractable AI estimate do not import into the estimate tab, and work orders cannot be generated directly from the Tractable estimate data. An estimate must be imported from the estimating system (CCC, Mitchell, Audetex) or manual estimate lines added.

Photos submitted by the customer during the process are uploaded to the photos tab of the Nexsyis folder and will list "WEB" as the created user at the top of each photo.
