Troubleshooting NexsyisNow
1. Check that your device's operating system is fully updated. Install any updates that are available.
2. Ensure that you are not in Private browsing mode. NexsyisNow cannot be run in Private browsing mode.
3. Ensure that you are using the browser best supported by the device manufacturer:
- For Andriod, use Google "Chrome"
- For Apple, use "Safari"
- For Samsung, use "Internet"
4. If you are experiencing a black screen when capturing photos, make sure all other apps and browser tabs that have access to the camera and microphone are closed and then try again.
Once you have confirmed the above, try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Refresh your browser 2-3 times
2. If you are launching NexsyisNow from a saved app on your home screen, try removing it, opening a fresh internet browser (the one recommended for your device above) and going to nexsyisnow.com (nexsyisnowca.com for Canada). You can follow these instructions to re-add NexsyisNow as a shortcut: Add a NexsyisNow Shortcut to Your Mobile Device (nexsyiscollision.com).
3. Clear Application Cache
- Desktop:
- Select the Location drop down then select "Clear Application Cache"
- Mobile:
- Select the top right 3 dots
- :
- Select "Clear Application Cache"
4. Logout, change activation key and re-enter
5. Clear Cookies/Cache on the browser. Follow instructions at the bottom of this help document on how to do this for the specific browser you are using.
