NexsyisNow: Searching for Folders not "In Process"

By default, users can access any folders they are assigned to as a resource or technician for locations they have access to. To view all folders in NexsyisNow, Transaction Permission - View All Folders In NexsyisNow is needed.

Searching for Folders outside of the Production List

Use the top search bar to search for ALL of the folders in Nexsyis.

Select the Folder From the List

A search menu will appear and will show your recently accessed folders.
You can search by vin, last name, claim number or phone number.
If you have the Folder Number, Click the "#" symbol.
You can also use the barcode icon to scan a VIN or Window Tag with your camera.

Select the correct folder to open.
