NexsyisNow e-Vehicle Check-In

1. Open the vehicle folder that you need to check in, navigate to the top of the screen, and select the drop-down menu.

 

 

2. From the drop-down list, select "Quick Launch/ Appointments/ Repair Timeline"

 

3. From the Repair Timeline, select "Vehicle Check-In" 

 

4. Go through the wizard to confirm customer & insurance information, scan the vehicle's VIN, select repair type and answer repair related questions (if applicable). 

Fill in all relevant information and click Confirm.

 

   

 

 

Click the Scan VIN button. 

 

   

 

Enter additional vehicle information and click Confirm.

 

   

 

Select the Repair Type and click Confirm.

 

   

5. Once the check-in is complete, the Vehicle Check-In box will be checked on the Repair Timeline, all fields will be updated in Nexsyis, and the e-Vehicle Check-In sheet will be added to the Folder.
