Converting Work Order Labor Lines

Access the Work Order from the Work Order tab on the customer folder.

1. Right click over the line on the work order and select Convert Line.

2. Choose the correct type of labor from the dropdown list. Once converted, the line will turn blue. Blue lines on a work order indicate that the lines have been updated from the original estimate.
For example, to convert line 3 from Body Labor to Detail Labor, right-click over the labor Sales Group

Select Convert Line from the menu.

Select the new Sale Group from the drop-down.

The line will now show the new Sale Group. It will be bright blue to indicate the line has been converted.

To unconvert the line, right-click over the line and select Unconvert line.
